1.3 The goods are delivered by the Seller or an authorized representative of the Seller (courier).
1.4 The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer according to the terms specified in the product descriptions. These terms are approximate and do not apply in cases where the required goods are not available in the Seller's warehouse and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of ordered goods. The Buyer also agrees that in exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In such cases, the Seller undertakes to promptly contact the Buyer and agree on the terms of delivery.
1.5 In all cases, the Seller is exempt from liability for violation of delivery terms if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
1.6 The Buyer must promptly inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in a damaged or otherwise compromised package, if the shipment contains unordered goods, an incorrect quantity of goods, or an incomplete set of goods.
1.7 The Buyer must always indicate any packaging damages observed during delivery in the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report on these damages. This must be done in the presence of the courier. If the Buyer fails to perform these actions, the Seller is released from liability for damages to the goods related to packaging damages not noted by the Buyer in the courier's delivery document.
