1.1. Pardav\u0117jas \u2013 juridinis asmuo UAB „Vilnis ir Baltijos gintarai\u201c, juridinio asmens kodas 152402026, PVM mok\u0117tojo kodas LT524020219, kurio prek\u0117s parduodamos tinklapyje www.amberforhealth.lt vadovaujantis \u0161iomis Taisykl\u0117mis ir kuris yra atsakingas u\u017e Pirk\u0117jo pateikto u\u017esakymo vykdym\u0105.
1.2. Amberforhealth.lt \u2013 tinklapis, esantis adresu www.amberforhealth.lt, kuriame yra parduodamos Pardav\u0117jo prek\u0117s ir kur\u012f administruoja Lietuvos Respublikos V\u012e \u201eRegistr\u0173 centras\u201c, Juridini\u0173 asmen\u0173 registro \u012fregistruotas privatusis juridinis asmuo UAB „Vilnis ir Baltijos gintarai”, juridinio asmens kodas 152402026, PVM mok\u0117tojo kodas LT524020219, korespondencijos adresas Med\u017eiotoj\u0173 14-4, Palanga. Amberforhealth.lt \u0161iose Taisykl\u0117se suprantamas kaip Pardav\u0117jas jo parduodam\u0173 preki\u0173 at\u017evilgiu.
1.3. Buyer \u2013 1) a capable natural person, i.e., a person who has reached the age of majority and whose capacity is not restricted by court; 2) a minor between fourteen and eighteen years old who has the consent of parents or guardians, except in cases where the minor independently manages their income; 3) a legal entity.
1.4. Parties \u2013 The Buyer and the Seller together.
1.5. Personal data \u2013 Any information about a natural person whose identity is identified or can be identified (data subject); a natural person whose identity can be identified is a person whose identity can be directly or indirectly identified, particularly by an identifier such as name and surname, personal identification number, location data, and online identifier, or by one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
1.6. Rules \u2013 These \"Amberforhealth.lt Goods Purchase-Sale Rules\" which apply to each Buyer's purchase on Amberforhealth.lt and each Purchase-Sale contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.
1.7. Account \u2013 The result of the Buyer's registration on www.amberforhealth.lt, which creates a personal Buyer account storing their personal data and order history.
1.8. Privacy Policy \u2013 A document approved by Amberforhealth.lt that outlines the main rules for collecting, accumulating, processing, and storing Personal data when using Amberforhealth.lt. The privacy policy of Amberforhealth.lt does not cover the processing of Personal data by the Seller. The processing of Personal data by the Seller is conducted according to the Seller's policy. Before purchasing goods and concluding this contract with the Seller, the Buyer should carefully review the Seller's data processing policy.
1.9. Contract \u2013 The respective Goods Purchase-Sale contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller, which is considered concluded from the moment of Order confirmation, i.e., the order submission moment. Each Contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to have identical terms to these Rules and is always executed according to these Rules.
1.10. Order \u2013 An order for goods in which the Buyer specifies the goods they wish to purchase from the Seller, indicated in the same order.<\/p>
2.1. These goods purchase-sale rules (hereinafter \u2013 Rules) are a binding legal document for the Parties, which establishes the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the rules at any time, considering the requirements set by legal acts. The Buyer is informed on the website of the online store. The Rules in force at the time of order submission apply to purchases in the online store.
2.3. The right to purchase in the online store is given to:
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02.3.1. Capable natural persons, i.e., persons who have reached the age of majority and whose capacity is not restricted by court;
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02.3.2. Minors between 14 and 18 years old, only with the consent of parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently manage their income;
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02.3.3. Legal entities;
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02.3.4. Authorized representatives of all the above persons.
2.4. By confirming the rules, the Seller also guarantees that the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store based on rule 2.3.
2.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a cart of goods in the online store, indicates the delivery address, chooses the payment method, reviews the Seller's rules, and clicks the \"Confirm Order\" button (see section 6 \"Goods Ordering, Prices, Payment Procedure, Terms\").
2.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store.<\/p>
3.1. The Buyer can order goods in the online store by:
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03.1.1. Registering in this online store \u2013 entering the data requested in the registration;
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03.1.2. Not registering in this online store.
3.2. By ordering goods in the ways specified in rule 3.1, the Buyer must provide the personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order in the respective information fields presented by the Seller: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
3.3. By confirming these rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided in point 3.2 will be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the online store, the Seller's activity analysis, and direct marketing.
3.4. By agreeing that the Buyer's personal data will be processed for the purpose of selling goods and services in the Seller's online store, the Buyer also agrees that informational notices necessary for order execution will be sent to the email address and phone number provided by the Buyer.
3.5. The Buyer, registering in the online store and ordering goods, undertakes to protect and not disclose login data to anyone.<\/p>
4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store according to these Rules and the procedure established in other sections of this online store.
4.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods purchase-sale contract with the online store by notifying the Seller in writing (email, indicating the item to be returned and its order number) no later than 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the item to the Buyer. The Buyer can return the goods to the Seller in accordance with the \"Retail Trade Rules\" approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on July 22, 2014, No. 738, and the provisions of the Civil Code \u2013 goods sold according to consumer purchase-sale remote or non-commercial premises contracts are returned under the procedure established in Articles 6.228(10) and 6.228(11) of the Civil Code.<\/p>
4.3. The right provided for in rule 4.2 can be exercised by the Buyer only if the item has not been damaged or its appearance has not substantially changed, and it has not been used.
4.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.
4.5. If the Buyer's registration form data changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.
4.6. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose their login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses the login data, they must immediately inform the Seller using the contact means specified in the \"Contacts\" section.
4.7. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to these purchase-sale Rules and undertakes to follow them and not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>
5.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store.
5.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the Seller's online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
5.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding personal information belonging to the Buyer, as specified in the online store registration form.
5.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
5.5. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer, choosing the payment methods specified in rules 6.4.1 or 6.4.2, does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days.<\/p>
6.1. The Buyer can purchase in the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
6.2. The contract begins to take effect from the moment the Buyer clicks the \"Confirm Order\" button, and the Seller confirms it by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided by the Buyer.
6.3. The prices of goods in the online store and in the formed order are indicated in euros, including VAT.
6.4. The Buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:

6.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only upon receipt of payment for the goods, the formation of the goods shipment begins, and the delivery term of the goods starts to be counted.<\/p>
7.1. Pirk\u0117jas, u\u017esakymo metu pasirink\u0119s preki\u0173 pristatymo paslaug\u0105, \u012fsipareigoja nurodyti tiksli\u0105 preki\u0173 pristatymo viet\u0105.
7.2. Pirk\u0117jas \u012fsipareigoja prekes priimti pats. Tuo atveju, jei Pirk\u0117jas preki\u0173 pats priimti negali, o prek\u0117s pristatytos nurodytu adresu, Pirk\u0117jas neturi teis\u0117s reik\u0161ti Pardav\u0117jui pretenzij\u0173 d\u0117l preki\u0173 pristatymo netinkamam subjektui.
7.3. Prekes pristato Pardav\u0117jas arba Pardav\u0117jo \u012fgaliotas atstovas (kurjeris).
7.4. Pardav\u0117jas pristato Pirk\u0117jui prekes vadovaudamasis preki\u0173 apra\u0161ymuose nurodytais terminais. \u0160ie terminai yra preliminar\u016bs, be to, netaikomi tais atvejais, kai Pardav\u0117jo sand\u0117lyje n\u0117ra reikiam\u0173 preki\u0173, o Pirk\u0117jas informuojamas apie u\u017esakyt\u0173 preki\u0173 tr\u016bkum\u0105. Kartu Pirk\u0117jas sutinka, jog i\u0161imtiniais atvejais preki\u0173 pateikimas gali v\u0117luoti d\u0117l nenumatyt\u0173, nuo Pardav\u0117jo nepriklausan\u010di\u0173 aplinkybi\u0173. Tokiu atveju Pardav\u0117jas \u012fsipareigoja nedelsiant susisiekti su Pirk\u0117ju ir suderinti preki\u0173 pateikimo s\u0105lygas.
7.5. Visais atvejais Pardav\u0117jas atleid\u017eiamas nuo atsakomyb\u0117s u\u017e preki\u0173 pateikimo termin\u0173 pa\u017eeidim\u0105, jeigu prek\u0117s Pirk\u0117jui n\u0117ra pateikiamos arba pateikiamos ne laiku d\u0117l Pirk\u0117jo kalt\u0117s arba d\u0117l nuo Pardav\u0117jo nepriklausan\u010di\u0173 aplinkybi\u0173.
7.6. Pirk\u0117jas privalo visais atvejais nedelsiant informuoti Pardav\u0117j\u0105, jeigu siunta pateikiama sulamdytoje arba kitu b\u016bdu pa\u017eeistoje pakuot\u0117je, jeigu siuntoje pateikiamos neu\u017esakytos prek\u0117s arba netinkamas j\u0173 kiekis, nepilna prek\u0117s komplektacija.
7.7. Pirk\u0117jas visais atvejais pristatymo metu pasteb\u0117j\u0119s pakuot\u0117s pa\u017eeidimus privalo kurjerio pateikiamame siuntos pristatymo dokumente nurodyti pastabas arba sura\u0161yti atskir\u0105 akt\u0105 d\u0117l \u0161i\u0173 pa\u017eeidim\u0173. Tai Pirk\u0117jas privalo padaryti dalyvaujant kurjeriui. Neatlikus toki\u0173 veiksm\u0173 Pardav\u0117jas yra atleid\u017eiamas nuo atsakomyb\u0117s prie\u0161 Pirk\u0117j\u0105 d\u0117l preki\u0173 pa\u017eeidim\u0173, susijusi\u0173 su pakuot\u0117s pa\u017eeidimais, kuri\u0173 Pirk\u0117jas nepa\u017eym\u0117jo kurjerio prek\u0117s pristatymo dokumente.<\/p>
8.1. Kiekvienos el. parduotuv\u0117je parduodamos prek\u0117s duomenys bendrai nurodomi prie kiekvienos prek\u0117s esan\u010diame prek\u0117s apra\u0161yme.
8.2. Pardav\u0117jas neatsako u\u017e tai, kad el. parduotuv\u0117je esan\u010dios prek\u0117s savo spalva, forma ar kitais parametrais gali neatitikti realaus preki\u0173 dyd\u017eio, form\u0173 ir spalvos d\u0117l Pirk\u0117jo naudojamo vaizduoklio ypatybi\u0173.
8.3. Pardav\u0117jas tam tikroms preki\u0173 r\u016b\u0161ims suteikia tam tikr\u0105 laik\u0105 galiojan\u010di\u0105 kokyb\u0117s garantij\u0105, kurios konkretus terminas ir kitos s\u0105lygos nurodomos toki\u0173 preki\u0173 apra\u0161ymuose.
8.4. Pardav\u0117jui tam tikroms preki\u0173 r\u016b\u0161ims nesuteikus kokyb\u0117s garantijos, galioja garantija, numatyta atitinkam\u0173 teis\u0117s akt\u0173.<\/p>
9.1. Pirk\u0117jas turi teis\u0119 per 14 (keturiolika) dien\u0173 nuo preki\u0173 perdavimo jam dienos pakeisti \u012fsigytas prekes analogi\u0161komis kitoki\u0173 matmen\u0173, formos, spalvos, modelio ar komplekti\u0161kumo prek\u0117mis. Jeigu kei\u010diant prekes susidaro kain\u0173 skirtumas, Pirk\u0117jas su Pardav\u0117ju privalo atsiskaityti pagal perskai\u010diuotas kainas. Pirk\u0117jo prane\u0161imas apie nor\u0105 pasinaudoti \u0161io Taisykli\u0173 punkto numatyta teise su nurodytomis gr\u0105\u017einamomis prek\u0117mis siun\u010diamas el. pa\u0161tu\u00a0vilnis.palanga@gmail.com\u00a0.
9.2. Parduot\u0173 preki\u0173 tr\u016bkumai \u0161alinami, nekokybi\u0161kos prek\u0117s kei\u010diamos, gr\u0105\u017einamos vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausyb\u0117s 2014 m. liepos 22 d. nutarimu Nr. 738 patvirtintomis \u201eMa\u017emenin\u0117s prekybos taisykl\u0117mis bei Civilinio kodekso nuostatomis (prek\u0117s, kurios parduodamos pagal vartojimo pirkimo – pardavimo nuotolines ar ne prekybos patalpose sudarytas sutartis, gr\u0105\u017einamos Civilinio kodekso 6.228(10) ir 6.228(11) straipsniuose nustatyta tvarka. Pinigai u\u017e gr\u0105\u017eintas prekes visais atvejais pervedami tik \u012f mok\u0117tojo banko s\u0105skait\u0105.
9.3. Per Taisykli\u0173 9.1. punkte numatyt\u0105 termin\u0105 Pirk\u0117jas turi teis\u0119 pakeisti ir gr\u0105\u017einti visas prekes, i\u0161skyrus preki\u0173 gr\u0105\u017einimo i\u0161imtis, kurios numatytos Civilinio kodekso 6.228(10) straipsnio 2 dalyje.
9.4. Nor\u0117damas gr\u0105\u017einti prek\u0119(-es) remiantis Taisykli\u0173 9.1. punktu, Pirk\u0117jas gali tai padaryti per 14 (keturiolika) darbo dien\u0173 nuo preki\u0173 pristatymo Pirk\u0117jui dienos, informuodamas Pardav\u0117j\u0105 kontakt\u0173 skyriuje nurodytomis susisiekimo priemon\u0117mis, nurodant gr\u0105\u017einamos prek\u0117s pavadinim\u0105, u\u017esakymo numer\u012f ir gr\u0105\u017einimo prie\u017eastis.
9.5. Pirk\u0117jui gr\u0105\u017einant prekes, b\u016btina laikytis \u0161i\u0173 s\u0105lyg\u0173:
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 9.5.1. gr\u0105\u017einama prek\u0117 turi b\u016bti originalioje tvarkingoje pakuot\u0117je;
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 9.5.2. prek\u0117 turi b\u016bti Pirk\u0117jo nesugadinta;
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 9.5.3. prek\u0117 turi b\u016bti nenaudota, nepraradusi prekin\u0117s i\u0161vaizdos (nepa\u017eeistos etiket\u0117s, nenupl\u0117\u0161tos apsaugin\u0117s pl\u0117vel\u0117s ir kt.) (\u0161is punktas netaikomas tuo atveju, kai gr\u0105\u017einama nekokybi\u0161ka prek\u0117);
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 9.5.4. gr\u0105\u017einama prek\u0117 turi b\u016bti tos pa\u010dios komplektacijos, kokios Pirk\u0117jas j\u0105 gavo;
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 9.5.5. gr\u0105\u017einant prek\u0119 b\u016btina pateikti jos \u012fsigijimo dokument\u0105.
\u00a09.6. Pardav\u0117jas turi teis\u0119 nepriimti Pirk\u0117jo gr\u0105\u017einam\u0173 preki\u0173, jei Pirk\u0117jas nesilaiko 9.3. straipsnyje nustatytos preki\u0173 gr\u0105\u017einimo tvarkos.
9.7. Gr\u0105\u017einant gaut\u0105 ne t\u0105 prek\u0119 ir\/ar nekokybi\u0161k\u0105 prek\u0119, Pardav\u0117jas \u012fsipareigoja atsiimti tokias prekes ir jas pakeisti analogi\u0161komis tinkamomis prek\u0117mis.
9.8. Tuo atveju, kai Pardav\u0117jas neturi pakeitimui tinkam\u0173 preki\u0173, kai prek\u0117s gr\u0105\u017einamos\/kei\u010diamos pagal 9.7. punkt\u0105, Pirk\u0117jui gr\u0105\u017einama visa jo sumok\u0117ta suma, \u012fskaitant Pirk\u0117jo apmok\u0117tas preki\u0173 pristatymo i\u0161laidas.
\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>
10.1. Pirk\u0117jas yra visi\u0161kai atsakingas u\u017e Pirk\u0117jo pateikiam\u0173 asmens duomen\u0173 teisingum\u0105. Jei Pirk\u0117jas nepateikia tiksli\u0173 asmens duomen\u0173 registracijos formoje, Pardav\u0117jas neatsako u\u017e d\u0117l to atsiradusius padarinius ir \u012fgyja teis\u0119 reikalauti i\u0161 Pirk\u0117jo patirt\u0173 tiesiogini\u0173 nuostoli\u0173 atlyginimo.
10.2. Pirk\u0117jas atsako u\u017e veiksmus, atliktus naudojantis \u0161ia el. parduotuve.
10.3. U\u017esiregistrav\u0119s Pirk\u0117jas atsako u\u017e savo prisijungimo duomen\u0173 perdavim\u0105 tretiesiems asmenims. Jei el. parduotuv\u0117s teikiamomis paslaugomis naudojasi tre\u010diasis asmuo, prisijung\u0119s prie el. parduotuv\u0117s naudodamasis Pirk\u0117jo prisijungimo duomenimis, Pardav\u0117jas \u0161\u012f asmen\u012f laikome Pirk\u0117ju.
10.4. Pardav\u0117jas atleid\u017eiamas nuo bet kokios atsakomyb\u0117s tais atvejais, kai nuostoliai kyla d\u0117l to, jog Pirk\u0117jas, neatsi\u017evelgdamas \u012f Pardav\u0117jo rekomendacijas ir Pirk\u0117jo \u012fsipareigojimus, nesusipa\u017eino su \u0161iomis Taisykl\u0117mis, nors tokia galimyb\u0117 jam buvo suteikta.
10.5. Jei Pardav\u0117jo el. parduotuv\u0117je yra nuorodos \u012f kit\u0173 \u012fmoni\u0173, \u012fstaig\u0173, organizacij\u0173 ar asmen\u0173 el. tinklalapius, Pardav\u0117jas n\u0117ra atsakingas u\u017e ten esan\u010di\u0105 informacij\u0105 ar vykdom\u0105 veikl\u0105, t\u0173 tinklapi\u0173 nepri\u017ei\u016bri, nekontroliuoja ir toms \u012fmon\u0117ms bei asmenims neatstovauja.
10.6. Atsiradus \u017ealai, kaltoji \u0160alis atlygina kitai \u0160aliai tiesioginius nuostolius.<\/p>
11.1. Pardav\u0117jas savo nuo\u017ei\u016bra gali inicijuoti el. parduotuv\u0117je \u012fvairias akcijas.
11.2. Pardav\u0117jas turi teis\u0119 viena\u0161ali\u0161kai, be atskiro \u012fsp\u0117jimo, pakeisti akcij\u0173 s\u0105lygas, taip pat jas panaikinti. Bet koks akcij\u0173 s\u0105lyg\u0173 ir tvarkos pakeitimas ar panaikinimas galioja tik \u012f priek\u012f, t.y. nuo j\u0173 atlikimo momento.
11.3. Pardav\u0117jas visus prane\u0161imus siun\u010dia Pirk\u0117jo registracijos formoje nurodytomis susisiekimo priemon\u0117mis.
11.4. Pirk\u0117jas visus prane\u0161imus ir klausimus siun\u010dia Pardav\u0117jo el. parduotuv\u0117s skyriuje \u201eKontaktai\u201c nurodytu telefonu (+370 615 50040) ir el. pa\u0161to adresu (vilnis.palanga@gmail.com).
11.5. Pardav\u0117jas neatsako jei Pirk\u0117jas negauna siun\u010diam\u0173 informacini\u0173 ar patvirtinan\u010di\u0173 prane\u0161im\u0173 d\u0117l internetinio ry\u0161io, elektroninio pa\u0161to paslaug\u0173 tiek\u0117j\u0173 tinkl\u0173 sutrikim\u0173.<\/p>
12.1. \u0160ios preki\u0173 pirkimo \u2013 pardavimo Taisykl\u0117s sudarytos vadovaujantis LR \u012fstatymais ir teis\u0117s aktais. Preki\u0173 gr\u0105\u017einimas<\/p> Parduot\u0173 preki\u0173 tr\u016bkumai \u0161alinami, nekokybi\u0161kos prek\u0117s kei\u010diamos bei gr\u0105\u017einamos vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausyb\u0117s 2014 m. liepos 22 d. nutarimu Nr. 738 patvirtintomis \u201eMa\u017emenin\u0117s prekybos taisykl\u0117mis bei Civilinio kodekso nuostatomis (prek\u0117s, kurios parduodamos pagal vartojimo pirkimo – pardavimo nuotolines ar ne prekybos patalpose sudarytas sutartis, gr\u0105\u017einamos Civilinio kodekso 6.228(10) ir 6.228(11) straipsniuose nustatyta tvarka.<\/p> Pirk\u0117jas turi teis\u0119 atsisakyti preki\u0173 pirkimo \u2013 pardavimo sutarties su Pardav\u0117ju, apie tai prane\u0161damas Pardav\u0117jui ra\u0161tu (elektroniniu pa\u0161tu, nurodant pageidaujam\u0105 gr\u0105\u017einti prek\u0119 (-es) ir u\u017esakymo numer\u012f) ne v\u0117liau kaip per 14 (keturiolika) dien\u0173 nuo prek\u0117s (-i\u0173) gavimo dienos. Pirk\u0117jas gali pasinaudoti \u0161ia teise nutraukti sutart\u012f, jeigu prek\u0117 nebuvo sugadinta ar jos i\u0161vaizda i\u0161 esm\u0117s nepasikeit\u0117. Prek\u0117s ar jos pakuot\u0117s i\u0161vaizdos pakeitimai, kurie buvo b\u016btini norint j\u0105 ap\u017ei\u016br\u0117ti, negali b\u016bti vertinami kaip esminiai i\u0161vaizdos pakeitimai. Kai kyla gin\u010das d\u0117l prek\u0117s i\u0161vaizdos, gali b\u016bti skiriama ekspertiz\u0117. Jos i\u0161laidas apmoka kaltoji \u0161alis.
